Anybody using XQuartz on Mac?

Hello everyone. I’m trying to use XQuartz on Mac to access Zynthian, so it shows the native GUIs on my laptop, as usual with: ssh -X root@zynthian.local, with no luck.

It not only doesn’t show the GUI, it also freezes when I start an engine, for example Zynaddsubfx.

If I use Xming and Putty on Windows it works fine.

Anybody can help?

I’m on a mac. For me, XQuartz works for Pure Data.
It open the native GUI when you open the layer.

But it doesn’t work for Zynaddsubfx and it also freeze the GUI.
