Hi everybody,
after solving a Windows-Etcher-problem I could burn my new SD with the latest image.
I did an update and reboot and edited my parameters
Hardware/Kit/Custom
Hardware/Audio/Select/Behringer UCA222
Hardware/Display/Waveshare 4C GPIO only
(in my old Image it was “Waveshare4 GPIO only” without the charakter “a” or “c”)
Hardware/Wiring/Dummies
with several reboots.
But now i have a white screen and I don hear any sound.
What am I doing wrong?

also you can from the webconf access to the terminal and give us some more informations:
- output of

dmesgsystem startup logs
There’s something wrong in your display configuration
The settings of the audio jackd Options command line would be interesting as well just to confirm what we are asking jack to set up. . .
Select advanced to get the full gore . . .
You could try with other vaweshare 4 option in webconf
did that. same result.
If it’s not too much fuss to set up try dummies display and come in via vnc. . . .
That will at least show if the machine flies. This might be a little bit more contrived than it may first appear but it is one way of getting sight of a machine that is a bit pawllie. . .

Well my behringer 202 is working ok . . ., I’m strongly suspecting the screen …
RealVNC download the viewer onto your PC or laptop, this is where the vnc screen will be displayed.

Then set up the zynthian end of the vnc server which the viewer looks at . . .
You then start vncviewer on your host and point it at zynthian.local and if that doesn’t work (it frequently doesnt in PC’s and android environments ) get the ipaddress of the zynth and use that.
in the webconf, under system menu, there’s “terminal”
from the command line there type:

vcdbg log msgthat will show if there is some ovarlay (hardware configuration at boot time) problem

you’re not using the latest zynthian version, (Zynthian-U commit e9e503f -in your first screenshot- is from september 2020). Do a software update.
I loaded the actual stable version from the zynthian page
than i updated
and tried to start.
Where do I find the “latest version”?
Might be worth trying a software update.
