How good is the br-800 with MIDI? what does it put out when playing?

I use Br-800 to record piano-2 Track, than re-recording organ on two tracks, than Bass 1 track, than Piano with 1 Track  
it’is “just” 8-track recorder , audio recorder.  
no midi

Now, I want to play with 1 zynthian and 4 players with midi-keyboard-controler , it will be fun isn’t it ?
