Hifiberry connection 4.1 kit

Can anyone help me out? I’m assembling my 4.1 kit but the Hifiberry in the kit looks different from the one in the guide. There is a lot more pins, no direct audio outputs (no red or white rca plug on the hifiberry) and I don’t know where all the sockets from the balanced inputs/outputs are supposed to go.

Only have balanced sockets in the kit.

The balanced input sockets go on the header other than the GPIO. It’s on the V4.1 Wiki, not V4 Wiki.
