How to reassign ZS3 program change messages

Hi-
I have the V5.1 kit and I can’t figure out how to assign program change numbers to existing ZS3s. I have several ZS3s saved with no PC number and I’d like to assign them to the F1-F4 buttons. Also, I’d like to change which button selects which ZS3. I don’t see anything about how to do this in the manual. Am I missing something?

You have to re-learn the ZS3 and after this, delete the ZS3s with no PC.
