I'm on a train.. Advice is welcome

I’m on a long train journey and I brought the Zynthian and a midi keyboard.

I’ve never used the built in sequencer before, so currently I need to RTM, did not manage to record anything yet.
I wanted to enable the step sequencers, but I don’t remember if I changed the password. Is it still “raspberry” on Zynthian 5.1?

Anyhow, just wondering for advice/recommendations for such a setup
So far, the biggest issue is sometimes the power gets cut… Don’t have a solution for that :frowning:

Is there an easy way to change headphone volume without affecting the master volume? Could not find it. (Edit: found it!)

Try opensynth

Thanks, opensynth works

Meanwhile switched to ICE train (Germany). Next time I need to bring a power splitter or extension because the angled power adapter doesn’t fit nicely

There used to be a thing (I bought one, there still is the thing I suppose) called “Share-A-Watt” which was basically a two-outlet power bar with two weak-but-functional USB charging ports, intended to be kept in your laptop’s case so that if there was a plug available but used, you could plug the bar into the wall, use one plug for yourself and whoever was previously using it would still have power too.

I got it from thinkgeek.com I believe, but haven’t been there in a long time.
