Oh, sh…! What a birthday present! But still thousand times better than what my cousin managed to achieve when doing just ordinary exercise! Good recovery and keep the good mood!
I’m very sorry…but with your arms locked in that position you can still type on a keyboard and even play music… Let’s look on the bright side…

praying for a speedy recovery for you! Make sure you do all the PT and get all of the range of motion and strength back. I’ve had a few breaks and not accepting dimished capabilities is key.

I do not really like celebrating with much people around me. And I was lucky with my 50th a few years ago: While Corona lockdown it was impossible to do any celebration
