Noob question about VCS-3 emulation

Apologies for my ignorance but even Google has limits, it seems. Does anyone know of a Zynthian plugin that would emulate the EMS VCS-3? Or if this is even a valid question to ask?

Further digging reveals that there are VCS3 VSTs about, which may run on things like Carla. Does Zynthian provide VST-hosting ?
