Playing instruments on the same midi channel simultaneously

I have 2 instruments connected to the same midi channel (1) and a midi keyboard sending on the same channel. In the Mixer view, I can select which instrument to play, but only one if them at one time. Is there a way to play both simultaneously?
I have version 5.1 with a raspi 5.

Of course, you have 2 options here:

  • You configure your MIDI devices in MULTI (multi-timbral) mode. This can be done from the “MIDI input devices”.

  • You check “Active MIDI channel” from admin menu

This was known as “clone feature” in the pre-Oram versions and it has been explained in the forum several times.
