I’m sorry for this situation.

We are awaiting to receive the returned product. We checked with the transport company and it seems to be on the way.

Regarding the “wrong address”, we shipped the product to the address you specified in the order. It’s impossible for us to validate if the address is right or wrong. We ship all the world!

When we receive the returned product, you can choose between the 2 options:

  • get a refund, excluding the shipping cost
  • ship to a new address, paying the new shipping costs
