And the price is a lot better.
It would be really nice if zynthian’s UI would accommodate wider aspect ratio (be responsive).
Especially the sequencer would benefit a lot from this.
How hard is it for us users to create a custom layout for zynthian UI?
Waveshare (and others) also list that 11.9" display, there’s more in depth info but no price.
That thin look would be best for some special purpose packaging design, with multiple columns in most interface sections.
Along those lines, here’s a thin wide display used in high end rack mount electrical instrumentation.
