Another way to use function buttons to directly access screens is to configure them in webconf HARDWARE->Wiring. (Enable “Advanced view”.) You can set the switch short action to “Screen Control” to show the control view. Set the parameter to the chain display position, e.g. first chain would be ‘1’, second would be ‘2’, etc. Set to ‘0’ for main mixbus (which I think is what you want). Then pressing the function button will show the control view with the most recently selected processor parameter page. This also changes the active chain which is an unavoidable effect of showing the control view of a specific chain.
(There is a bug I just reported about the display being corrupted but thw workflows should work.)
[Edit] There is now an optional second parameter to define the processor, e.g. “0,1” would show the control view for the second processor in the main chain. (Processor is zero indexed.)

Speaking of function buttons:
I tried to map them to specific entries in the FAVs list, but all they do is show the FAVs list.
I thought the number you can set in Webconf, next to the Favourites option, refers to a certain position in the favs preset list… Did I misunderstand this? (…as I did pretty much everything on the Zynthian so far : )
