Is it possible? To bring up the plugins UI on zynthian screen? Or additional external screen?
For example Pianoteq or Surge.

Sorry, you cannot view plugin GUI on Zynthian’s built-in screen nor on a directly attached HSMI screen. As @wyleu says, you can access via VNC as described in the wiki.
I would like to implement the ability to view plugins on a HDMI attached screen but there is some complexity and compatibility issues to consider, e.g. a DIY Zynthian using a RPi3 and HDMI does not have a spare HDMI output. I have been considering this for a while but not yet had time or clarity of thought to implement it.
