I just put together the 4.1 kit. Mostly successful, however the final snag I hit is that these last 8 screws I have simply won’t thread. They seem too big, and I think they’re the wrong kind of screw.
Anyway, what are the final screws (or bolts) supposed to be? I don’t mind running out to the hardware store to buy some.

@jofemodo is best placed to answer this accurately but those do look correct. Those are self tapping screws which cut their own thread into the hints of the case. If you look at the inner holes you should see they do not have threads. This is because the coarse threaded screws cut as they turn. It is important to keep the screw square with the surface but with a little force they should cut in.

I got a little braver and decided to just “go for it”, and it seems like those are all installed now.
Looks like the kit is finished now.
