# Zynthian DIY build Audio/MIDI Error

Hey ya’ll, decided to go with a DIY build for my zynthian, using a fairly inexpensive DAC while I wait for a pisound micro to come in the mail. Current DAC is [this board from innomaker](https://a.co/d/01zWe9yh). Currently getting the audio/midi error screen on boot. I haven’t had a ton of time to fiddle with it but if anyone can give me a brief summary of how to get it to post, or link to a relevant build guide that would be great!
