trained in Mechatronic engineering. I grew up with music, My dad has a masters degree in the field and taught music as schools for many years. That awarded me some amazing experiences during the mid 1990’s with starting with Cubase Score back in the days before audio DAW’s were a thing and it was all MIDI using an external MIDI sound module.

by the early/mid 2000’s I began recording my first songs on a Roland VS890 in the ‘band room’ in the back bungalow of our family farm. i played guitar and sung, why my best mate tom played drums. Dad mixed it all and burned some demo CD’s.

i wrote and recorded randomly in the years since. however about ten years ago i put down my guitar and didn’t play again.

very recently i started looking in to analogue synth design and in my research i came across the Zynthian. I had to get one, so i did and after digging out my old keyboard and messing around with it i pulled out my Strat and its sitting in its guitar stand with me eyeing it off regularly knowing that the passion is coming back.
