Can I use 560 ohm resistors in place of 470 ohm? Or maybe I could do 220+220 in series for each for 440. Thought I had some 470 but I’d have to order them.

I never tried this value, but i don’t see any problem. It’s not a big difference, and common tolerances for resistors are 5-10 %.

Alright thank you, much appreciated. I only have 1% but maybe I should be stocking up with 5% unless designs call for 1%. Sorry, I should have phrased topic as more of a substitution question.
