A better description for getting into the UI-mod interface

I am a fool, who have gotten into a Zynthian project, that is very much over my head. But while I will struggle and likely fail at getting anything musically done, I may also give a little feedback for your wiki, so that guidance may be a little clearer for the next stumbling fool.

It took me quite a while to figure out how to get into the UI-Mod interface, and I think I would have been helped a lot faster if the Wiki entry on the topic contained a couple of sentences about the steps. I suggest something like:

Using the web interface:

  1. Create a special chain on your Zynthian, select MOD-UI - Plugin Host, select channel, and preset.
  2. Go to http://zynthian.local:8888 or the ip-address for your Zynthian followed by :8888 (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8888)

I was missing the first step of the process for a long while, and I found it more or less by accident.

Hello, for information, it seems to me that the link is created by itself on the main http server (http://zynthian.local) when adding a mod-ui type effects chain, it appears here: in the INTERFACE menu → MOD-UI, a port opens on the zynthian and listens in http on port 8888. This link points to the server http://zynthian.local:8888

I myself am unable to through either zynthian.local or zynthian.lan. I have tried by ethernet cable and wifi using firefox browser. I saw a comment suggesting installing iTunes might help, but I do not want that on my computer, so I have not pursued it.

My suggestion for additional explanation may need further ammendment to allow for using the zynthian.local or .lan options, but how to connect to those addresses might also need further elaboration elsewhere, if there is something other than iTunes that makes it possible to use them.
