in the latest vangelis is a great bug.
Trying to delete a wav capture results in it not being deleted. trying to delete a second one results in a lock-up of the zyngui.
Buttons no longer work, only with touchscreen or encoder 4 is it possible to hover an entry, but no action works any more, not possible to leave the screen.
I’ve booted Kali with USB to check the SD card and file system, there are no errors. Not tried with NVMe on this test Zynthian.
Even worse:
The Midi recorder doesn’t record anything any more. old entries can not be deleted.
something is really messed up.

I’ve restored the Zynthian to date 2024-12-02. everything worked.
installed the recent update some minutes ago and everything is farkled-up.
how can I get rid of that disturbing update icon? do I really have to blacklist some addresses in the firewall of the router?
I raised a ticket in issue tracker for this. It is now resolved in Vangelis.
