I can’t seem to find any info on accessing the Engine UI via the HDMI screen. Have done the obvious searches in the wiki with no results. Any pointers to where I might find out about this?

This is currently not possible. It is an idea we have considered and indeed was a subject of discussion at last night’s zynthclub but there are complications around support due to the variety of different hardware configurations of zynthian, some of which have no HDMI output presented to the outside world and others that might have 2. It needs some consideration but at the moment we only provide access via VNC.
