I am doing a custom build, but I want the buttons. I’m looking into manufacturing my own, but thought I’d see if they were available to purchase separately.

Looks like you could add basically all the individual components 
BTW, the description of the “Thermal Block V5.1” mentions RPi4, but I suppose it applies to Pi5 instead?! I don’t suppose you also have some old V5 blocks for RPi4 left, do you?
