Today I redesigned my Black Pearl container to make it shorter… before it was a big box. I eliminated the fan that I saw was not needed. Now it resembles the size of the V4… It doesn’t even remotely resemble the wonderful V5… but I am very happy with my work with Fusion 360.
the printing is not perfect because when I do these complicated things (for me) I print in PLA first… if everything goes well I print in ABS. I’m waiting for the new carpet for the printer which makes the surfaces much more beautiful…

Always very humbly I have modified my case to insert the Raspberry P5… I am having a lot of fun with Fusion 360… and this time I tried rendering… I love that such wonderful software is freely available for personal use… this is a policy I greatly admire.

In the third photo of the original post in this topic, is that a Focusrite Scarlett under the Zynthian Black Pearl? I ask because there have been problems reported with Focusrite Scarlett Solo in other topic(s) Focusrite Scarlett Solo - #8 by rod_silva.
If it is Focusrite Scarlett what full name and model number is it?
Did you have to do anything special to get it to work with Zynthian?
it’s a Scarlett 2i4, but it’s connected to the PC where I have the DAW… The Zynthian has its own sound card onboard and therefore enters the card with a cable and not USB.
Now this card is not here at home and I can’t try to connect it via USB and in the home recording room I have a Scarlett 18i20 and a Motu 896mk3 but they are always connected to the iMac …

Finished the drawing and printed the ABS bottom and the side with poor quality to test the measurements… All perfect. Soon my Black pearl will work with the Raspberry P5 8Gb on board.

I moved the display of my Black Pearl up and I would like to put three buttons underneath… (Record, Play and STOP) but I can’t find any silicone buttons like the ones on the V5… Does anyone have a link to give me? Thanks

Definitely move on with this Zynthian mod of yours! It looks really fine and engaging, and personally I would look forward to printing it in a certain different hue of plastic. All over, well done!

Since I am colorblind, I cannot range in chromaticity… but black goes well with everything. I will attach the files soon if anyone wants to print…
