Can't remove chain

Hi,
When I try to load a snapshot, it will get stuck at removing a certain chain. I left it on for hours, but it won’t move past and I have to manually power off my box. When I turn it on, I’m stuck with the previous state…

Hi @Matt74! Welcome to zynthianland.

Can you let us know which version of the zynthian software you are using. (Post a screenshot of the webconf dashboard.)

Is the Zynthian fully updated (connected to Internet and run software update from webconf or admin menu)?

Can you provide the snapshot? In webconf LIBRARY->Snapshots select “last_state.zss” then click the Download button on the right near the top. Post it here.
