Can't use any of the rotatory buttons

Hi, I bought a Pre-Built Zynthian V1 and none of the 4 rotatory buttons are working. When I received it I plugged a 16GB SD card with the OS on it, and everything worked, the touchscreen works too but none of the buttons work. I’m using a 2,4A Micro USB adaptater so I don’t think the problem comes from the power. I’ve also openned it to check every connection but everything seems plugged correctly.

What about your configuration? Have you configured the Wiring Layout from the webconf tool?
I suposse you have an AllInOne module, so you should be using the MCP23017_ENCODERS layout …
