Remember that age is relative. In English we say, āI am sixty one years oldā which is usually shortened to, āI am sixty oneā. I like to think that I am not a number - I am a free man.
In Spanish the phrase is, āI have sixty one yearsā which I would love to believe is short for, āI have sixty one years of experienceā which feels more positive and reassuring.
