Does this pcm5122 work with zynthian out of the box?

I want to cut budget and search for alternative DAC online, so i found this DAC.

The question is whether will it work out of the box with zynthian OS out of the box just like the hifiberry?

It will probably work

Check if people have got it working with stock Raspbian and then you should be able to get it working with Zynthian using the same config.
