Are the ALuminium pqanels screwed to the 3D printed components, or are the 3D components screwed to each other?
To each other. Alumium is set in grooves.

Which printer did you use? that base plate must be quite long?
Ender 3 Pro. There are 2 thin parts. Printed between bed corners.

Could you give some explanations (and photos!!) about the content of the case?
Is it a MIDI controller or a simple pedal switch that could be connected to the zynthian extra switch-pins?? Could you tell the aluminum-profile reference (or URL) and share the STLs for the the side & bottom parts?

I don’t know if the following is in the backlog of feature to implement.
It would be very nice to be able to set “toggle” CC switch :
Push button -> CC = 127
Push button again -> CC=0
Push button again -> CC=127
…
