  1. See this thread. There is a technology preview of a mixer in the zynmixer branch.

  2. This was discussed at a Zynth Club night. It would be a nice addition to the mixer but my previous experience of getting to create a multitrack recorder on a RPi was not good. There wasn’t sufficient data throughput. Maybe RPi4 might be better.

  3. It is a good idea to submit feature requests via GitHub.

It sounds like you are thinking along similar lines to others and I hope we can make these features appear in main version at some point.
