FluidSynth -bug in favorites?

Hello

I’m a beginner user of Zynthian.

I copied some personal SF2 in a subfolder of Zynthian . If I set some of them as favorites, it is added to the favorites list, and the heart symbol appears at the beginning of its name in the preset list, as expected.

But when I select one of those sounds from the favorites list, nothing happens; the sound doesn’t load.

(But no problem with a factory sound). Is it a bug or do I do a bad manipulation ?

ps: bravo at Zynthian team. It’s absolutely fantastic :star_struck:

Thanks you

Hi @jhashe !

Welcome to zynthianland!

I just checked and i can’t reproduce this bug in Vangelis.
You may be using Oram, right? We are not fixing bugs in Oram any more.

I would recommend you to download and install the latest Vangelis BETA image.
If not, you have to wait a little bit until Vangelis is released as stable. Not too much

Regards,

No, I’m using Vangelis (I put a tag, but maybe it’s not the good way)

My folder has 2 or 3 levels of subfolders. I think it’s the cause of this bug. I’ll try to make some captures as the title also shows a wrong path when I select a favorite.

Thank’s for your attention

and right you were. Examples like this are plentiful, the speed, the efficiency, the commitment and the dedication. It is truly rare and praiseworthy . And on top of that, on a voluntarily basis!

Welcome btw
