Freezing at the loading stage of the graphical shell

Good afternoon!
I can’t run the Zintian V5 kit after the build.
The loading reaches the logo stage. Then the loading stops.
The operating system is running, and so is the network. When you connect the LAN, you have access to the web interface. The terminal is also working. But the graphical shell and the Zynthian environment do not start.
Here is the UI Log, from which I cannot understand the reason:

There is also such a peculiarity. During the initial initialization and deployment of the system, the upper left OPT button briefly turns green. The next time the system is started, no buttons light up.

The problem was solved by replacing the Raspberry PI. Everything works fine with another computer, the buttons light up, the interface starts, there is sound. Now I have to do something with it, because it’s new, out of the box. Either I have to fix it or change it. I’ll try to figure out what’s wrong…

Hi @Absov a warm welcome in Zynthianland.

I’m glad you have solved your issue but for sure I wouldn’t expect a faulty Raspberry PI. This is so uncommon.

Now you’re ready for happy music playing. Enjoy !

A side note: I guess you’re running the stable version of Zynthian. There’s a development version called Oram wich will be soon be release and Oram introduce a lot of new and exciting features. And some radical changes too.
If you own a second SD Card it may be worth to try Oram.

Oram run the latest Linux Debian Bookworm OS.

Hi @Absov !

Welcome to our little community!

I’m also glad you solved your issues and you are ready make some noize. It’s not common (but not impossible) to find a broken RPi. If possible, you should try to replace it or get a refund.

As @le51 commented in his reply above, you should try the Oram Bookworm image (testing version) as it includes a lot of improvements and fixes. It will be the next stable release as soon as we fix some remaining little details

The best!

Thank you, I will definitely try

Please tell me, could this be due to the fact that the version of Raspberry PI 4 Model B Rev 1.1?
The computer that worked as a result was Raspberry PI 4 Model B Rev 1.2?

I don’t think so.
