No idea where to place this, but wanted to share it.
I got rid of the audio crackling of the JE8086 with noticable delay in play response.
I put the latency blocks to 8!!
This needs to be done in the user inteface of the synth via “http://zynthian.local:6081/vnc.htm”
Now looking for making this setting permanent, so I do not have to set it manually all the time.

PS It is automatically updated in the config file:
nano “/root/.local/share/The Usual Suspects/JE8086/config/JE8086.xml”
PPS The other Usual Suspect synths also have the latency option
Tinkering with the engine performance settings of the whole TUS/DSP563XX range (basically, oversampling 2X/4X/etc and sample frames buffer/latency blocks) is something worth mentioning, that we never or seldom highlighted as a subject related to the main topic.
