Hifiberry Digi+ I/O - No Sound Input

Hi,
i am trying to use the Digi+ I/O Board with Zynthian. I am using a motu Ultralite AVB with optical in and out.

I am using the mouti in mixer mode with my eurorack stuff and wanted to use the zynthian first as a effekt device…
I thought with the digital io i got more analog ports free.

I only tested MOD-Host
Output is working but i got no Input. Bitrate ist set to 48000 with the mixer runs at.
I can record from the optical input with arecord:

Did anyone using this card? It would be cool to use a digital io path for a digital maschine. I am even thinking if ADAT protocoll is possible to get mot ins and outs.

It’s a headless System. Using test repos to get the main Display via vnc.
Here i got no capture device:
