I am hoping that their overlay may remove the need for my driver and overlay. I delayed submitting my driver upstream to alsa because we don’t need lots of drivers doing the same thing. (Although mine does make some logical sense.) I will check it out… some time.

Will see if i get the input adapter. So i can use it for different effects. That would be awesome.

This is VERY interesting news. It seems that, for those already owing it, it should be possible to combine it with the DAC8X to get an 8 In - 8 Out audio setup.
We are coming very close to a DIY digital mixer that people can use. Pretty cool.

A Long Time i die nothing with the cards. But now imgot a new Case from KKSB where i can integrate both 8x cards. IT seems Input and Output are working with zynthian staging.
I will Test IT Fürther next Weekend.

Oh which case is it? I have a pi 4 in a case from kksb with the 7’ screen. I tried to find another like it for pi 5 and I can’t find one anywhere.

Nice! The rear panel with 4+4 stereo ins and outs looks really impressive. Since I already have the Hifiberry hat with eight outputs, should I consider to make me yet another custom Zynth?…
