I got a new smaller audio interface and it is giving an error on boot

I got an astro mixamp and I believe it’s an audio interface, but not sure, my settings in webconfig are set to generic usb interface, which worked with such a thing, which is literally called usb audio interface vertically on the side.

Is there a way to make this work, and while I’m at it, can I ask where is the best place to copy over loops and midi files? I have alot of sample packs I’d like to be able to assign them to the sequencer, and use like ableton live, as my launchpad is amazingly supported.

I read that there are two places to put soundfonts, and that is also where you place your wav file loops. Can I make subcategories in folders?

ok so I’ve opened the webconfig and just had to set a dropdown menu to pro, and it just worked. this is so much better and louder than a generic midi interface, now just to get aan xbox mic wire to a large jack wire . I still could use knowing the best place to place wav loops .

That is great news. That is a fairly new feature that detects soundcards so I’m glad it works.
