I have my Zynthian 5.1 for about a year now and prior to that I had no experience with linux and linux aduio plugins. So I tried most of them that come with the Zynthian and now I have prefered plugins for every occasion.
For sidechain compression I use LSP, I also use the LSP multisampler for custom drumkits and a few more tools by LSP, I really like these plugins. But with the new Vangelis they do not show in vnc, though I can still use them because I have saved presets for them.
