During the move I didn’t use the Zynthian for a few days… It got angry… it doesn’t boot from Nvme or even from SD… I reinstalled everything and after the updates it does the same thing… boot screen and then it turns off… Help!!!
Hi @Lanfranco, it looks 1/2 bad.
If you can see the boot screen, the Pi & the display are apparently not dead.
are you sure ? Isn’t the display just turning off/black ? Have you tried to access to Z. with ssh or webconf ?
If it’s definitively halted, I would suggest to test with a stock RasPiOs SD card to see if the same happens.
Thanks @le51 After several attempts, it restarted and now works properly… Now that it turns on I will prepare a working SD because yesterday’s one did not work (I’m using a Nvme). Thanks
The original fan of the raspberry P5 is fixed with two plastic clips … one of these clips broke and the fan lifted … Could this be the cause of the shutdown? It seems strange to me … now I printed with my legendary Bambulab A1, two small abs bolts and the fan is still. For now I have not had other problems …
On Zynthian start up, while it restores the last config, if it’s a heavy snapshot, it can be ressources hungry to load all the engines. So maybe you have suffered from overheat with the fan being out of service. How does it usually run, at startup ? in normal use ?
