New "Korg nanoKONTROL2" device driver in "Oram Bookworm"

Hi @zynthianers!

I just pushed a new driver for Korg nanoKONTROL2. It’s only available for the warriors using “Oram Bookworm” version (testing).

Next device driver: Akai MPK225 - and I understand I should undertake to make it if I really want it so badly.

?Does Mackie Control mean the MCU Pro device or some support for the ‘protocol’?

Yes. MCU and Mackie are almost the same.
