Oohhh. I want this to make a 8 encoders DIY controller for ableton and clyphx pro 
. A little expensive for now but more easy to made.
As someone who dates back, I have to raise a wry smile as I see the old fashion pot turn into this modern equivalent, ( They do a potentiometer as well).
I suppose the final price will be little more than a pot in the end. Now we just need to get the 12C connectors and pinouts standardized.
