Original RPI touchscreen

Hi,
I have built my Zynthian alternative with a 7" RPI touchscreen.
It works just great, except when I do a reboot. Then the screen goes off and stays off.
Power of the screen comes from a fixed 5 volt terminal on the RPI.

Does somebody have a clue?

Yep I’ve got one that does exactly the same. I assume it’s damaged in some way. I wired a dpdt switch as a reset which took the enable pin on the pi low and interrupted the 5v feed to the screen and that did at least allow a system reset but I couldn’t find a way to allow you to reset from within software. I also couldn’t find any form of available reset on the screen.
