In the pattern editor menu / Pattern edit section, it would be nice to have a “quantize pattern” command (ideally non destructive, but destructive is OK), that allows quantizing a (typically live recorded) pattern by an amount between 0% and 100%. The purpose is to tighten a somewhat loose sequence without fully losing naturalness. It’s a better way than using quantized recording + adding randomization I feel…
Fair enough, an alternative would be to practise more and learn to play with a tight timing
