i have a cad shematic off the Midi ports wiring and i would like to know if the wiring is ok?

The MIDI connections match mine, assuming you are looking into the 5pin din sockets from the plug side, and that was working before it got taken apart for zynthian-1820.local.

So your diagram appears to be right.

Igf you have a multimeter time to start checking connections as per the schematic…

Could you upload pictures of the all in one board and the connectors as they are wired?
