Program change messages being randomly sent to my Zynthian!

I am now having random program change messages being sent over channel 0 to my Zynthian. This is causing my ZS3s to change in the middle of a song!

Example: While I was in the ZS3 menu, the program change “0/48” was picked up as a new change.

The only thing I did today was I had connected my iPad to the MIDI DIN connectors. I have since disconnected the iPad from my entire Zynthian setup, but these random program messages are still being sent.

Is it possible I may have corrupted my Zynthian setup by temporarily sending program change messages from my iPad over the DIN MIDI connectors?

What have you got plugged in? Just the iPad? How is Midi channel 16 set up?

I think I found where the program change messages were coming from. It appears they were being sent by my keyboard plugged into MIDI channel 1. I noticed that until I unplugged the keyboard and replugged it in, there was an "_ " character under where the “m” is shown in the upper right hand corner that was flashing constantly. You can see it in the picture I attached just below the heart symbol. Once I reset everything, the "_ " character went away and I’m no longer seeing the random program change messages.
