Program change ZS3 in mod-ui layer (SOLVED)

is it possible to use Program Change Zs3 mode in Mod-ui layer?

ok i solved, my mistake was that in the PROG Midi-Learn I sent the program change number on the master channel CH16. The procedure works on any other midi channel.
