On Thursday, May 6, Davies Symphony Hall, the first concert hall in the US to close due to the pandemic, is holding a concert for an audience of medical and front line workers, featuring only string instruments, no breathy instruments. Davies will be operating at 35% capacity May 13 through June 25.
Due to significant vaccination levels, infection rates in the US are at a 7 month low, sadly, less wealthy countries are desperate to get vaccines.
