Select CC# for "MIDI Scale CC Value" tool?

I’m trying to configure TAL Noisemaker to respond to MOD wheel as vibrato control. So, I enabled CC#1 and did MIDI learn to route MOD wheel to control LFO 1 amount, and set LFO to control pitch.

Of course, the range is wrong, so I inserted “MIDI Scale CC Value”. But how do I select WHICH CC# to scale? It’s not in ctrls#1 or ctrls#2. Also, it appears to have no effect no matter how the controls are set. (I set Filter Channel to “Any”.)

BTW, I’m using Zynthian without any hardware, just my RPi, keyboard, and screen, plus web GUI.

Answer: by “parameter” they mean “CC#” (which does make sense.) I misunderstood; that’s how to select the CC# range.
