SFZ Midi CC link to encoder

Hello,

It would be nice to have a possibility to add a zyncofig.yml file to a SFZ-file, in order to link a MIDI CC message to an encoder. For example CC 71 is snare tuning.
The way it works with Pure Data is very nice!

Maybe we could consider reading the label_cc opcode as an alternative?
