Some Silicone pads and rotary knobs not working v5.1

Hi

Completely new to Zynthian so forgive me if I have done something stupid in my various builds.

The left and down arrow pads don’t work on my build. Also the rotary knobs don’t work.
The down arrow sometimes works if I hold knob 4 in a certain way. Should the silicone pads also light up? I have attached a few pictures.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
