Source for heat pad like in the 5.1 kit

Does anyone have a source (preferably available in the US) for an equivalent of the heat pad that comes in the 5.1 kit?

I have one of those pi5s that don’t overclock, and recently got another one and want to try swapping it out. I also broke one of the USB tabs which is super annoying to me, so that’s the other reason…

Or maybe just how thick the pads are in the kit? 3m makes some in various thicknesses.
