V4 with RPi5: touch navigation not working

It seems the same for me… to be more exact: I use a RPi 5 with a RPi touch screen and the latest Vangelis RC1. I enabled Touch only in Wiring via Webconf. Also in Interface / UI menu at Touch Navigation: V5 pad on the left
Touch works in the mixer and I can tap (bold tap) the menu bar but I cannot see any additional V5 buttons at the left or encoder emulations…
Am I doing something wrong?
