I have both a v5 main and control board for my build now, but travel last year led to the FFC ports breaking and I decided to trace and make a sturdier port/cable system to try to get some more life out of the board before paying for new boards + tariffs. I’m getting one of the MCP23017s to show up but not where I expected it- which one of them would this be and how can I “move” it?
The LEDs for the control board are coming up, but I have yet to get the buttons or encoders to work again. I haven’t found any obvious shorts yet but anything’s possible. I have spare 23017s in case I need to swap one out. Running vangelis, if that’s relevant.
